We reserve the right to change shipping rates as needed
Most of our items are shipped directly to our customers from our distributors warehouses, which are based out of China (Most electronic cigarettes and accessories are manufactured in China ). This procedure allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on our distributors shipping policies. However, orders are usually processed and shipped within two-three business days after reciept of order. Normal delivery time is between 5-14 days from the date order is shipped. If there is a delay, you will be emailed with an expected delivery date and tracking number within 24 hours of recieving notice from our distributors. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. Once a tracking number is aquired it takes about 2-3 days for the postal carrier to scan the order into their system before tracking results become available for viewing.
During November and December, orders may take up to 4 or 5 business days before being processed and shipped. If you have not recieved an email with tracking status within 5 days of shipping status please contact us at admin@vapor4u.com.
Backordered items can be a possiblity due to the fact we ship directly from a warehouse to our customers. If an item is out of stock we will email you with an estimate time of arrival. If the item becomes unavailable a refund will promptly be provided for that item.
Payment
We process credit cards through a trusted and secure payment gateway. All orders will be processed and charged under our parent company "Motorcycle Connections" or "DBA Lynette Catt", the companies owner. If there are any questions you can contact us through phone or email.
We are able to take phone orders, and mail orders along with our online orders Monday -Friday 9am to5pm MT. Although ordering online is the optimum, most efficient form of ordering. Our courier only allows three attempts for delivery to the customer before returning it to the sender, and requires a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned for non-delivery.
Return Policy
All items are refundable excluding shipping cost and handling fee within 7 days of receipt without any reason, provided the item is returned in original condition. Please contact us at admin@vapor4u.com for the correct address in which to return the item with the original invoice. We will not accept merchandise that is not in the original packaging or has been used. Please see our Guarantee Policy page for more information.
Customer is responsible for the entire cost of shipping on returned merchandise.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us at admin@vapor4u.com for the address in which to return the item . The customer will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. This includes the cost to return the item to our facility. Please see out Guarantee Policy for more information.
All tags must be attached to the item and the item must still include all original packing and be in new condition.
Damaged Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact us within 7 days of item receipt. Contact us at admin@vapor4u.com to verify return address.
Our items are received in our distributors warehouse in cases. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged. It is important that you inspect all your items when you receive it. All items must be returned with tags attached within 7 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item.
